ZenMD will not work on your smart phone if your notifications are not allowed for ZenMD. Make sure you allow the application all requested permissions.
When you open ZenMD for the first time, yo will be prompted to allow notifications. The doctors call will be coming through the ZenMD app, so if your notifications are turned off, the doctor will not have a way to contact you.
*If you are having trouble allowing notifications, delete the ZenMD app then download and open again.
You will immediately be asked to allow notifications from ZenMD.
